When I came here with 60 kids from the US, we had travelers checks that we needed to cash in for pounds. This was always the bank I'd come to when I needed to cash in the checks. For a team that large and the amount of money we were getting, we would get the best exchange rate and lowest fees for our usage. The tellers were also some of the most patient and pleasant people I have ever encountered. Do you know the kind of pain I put them through to get ~4,000 pounds withdrawn with specific increments of money needed once a week for 5 weeks in a row. They were fantastic. I came to Dunoon in 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2005 with Greg Speck and his Grey team with Royal Servants.

A bank with a friendly atmosphere and staff that often know the names of the customers who pass through their doors. Would be a five star rating, but the opening hours are a little bizarre and often the wait for service is excessive.
Don't come here unless you are willing to wait a long time.

Excellent service and very short waiting time to be seen.Staff are amazing and I'm very grateful for the help they gave me today.
It's a hospital. If you're sick and need urgent help, it's definitely the place to go. If you're not sick, it's probably a place to avoid. You won't have an unreasonably long wait in A&E - seldom more than twenty minutes, often less than ten, and the staff are professional. The only thing that lets the hospital down for me is their dental suite. I've been waiting two and a half years for an appointment and keep getting told that they don't have any dentists working there, so they'd be better off shutting it down and using the space for services they actually can provide.

In 2005, we had a team of 60 people stay in this facility. The church was gracious enough to allow us to use their sanctuary and rooms to sleep in while we used the tea room's restrooms downstairs, as long as we cleaned up each day. The tearoom was still in business during the day, so we used it, cleaned up and cleaned out each day. It was terrific! I came to Dunoon in 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2005 with Greg Speck and his Grey team with Royal Servants.

Been going here for a few year's now and it's been a bit hit and miss. Mostly my fault for being a chef, but if you want a great selection of unusual drinks cocktails and really REALLY good service give it a go. The pub grub stuff is a 5 star , personally I'd avoid the more adventurous dishes. And if the weather's nice you have to sit on the decked areas it's proper nice. I returned twice more after my disappointing meal, and the service and short order food was great. Oh.. I got a full refund for the meal I thought was lacking, but was welcomed back without any conflict.
Food excellent, in comfortable setting. Service a little slow. Staff very busy, but friendly.

Had a lovely meal and menu choice is fab. For that little bit extra in all areas for not much more money I thought this place was first class all round. Highly recommended and will definitely be back as soon as!
Fab place, lovely friendly welcome, extensive menu. All of our dishes were tasty and served piping hot. I was particularly taken with their mini dessert menu which allows you to have a tiny piece of dessert you wouldnt have had room for otherwise!

Only a small place but the food was good. I couldn't eat it all. There is a seating area till 8pm. Only £6.50 for fish and chips.
Amazing fish and chips! Cooked to perfection and not a bone in sight!
